Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI)
Ipsos MRBI operates a boutique in-house CATI Unit, which has been specifically designed to service our clients. Our interviewers are specially trained to interview the full spectrum of respondent types – from members of the general public on a variety of different topics, to hospital consultants and top business decision makers.
Our CATI Unit is located in our office in Blackrock, which ensures excellent communication at all times between clients, executives and interviewers regarding every study undertaken.
Quality control is an area of key focus here; whether relating to live monitoring of interviews (we double the ESOMAR suggested guidelines) or the treatment of our client’s customers and their details. Confidentiality and security of customer feedback and personal detail are central to our operation. We do not treat telephone research as a commodity, rather as an opportunity for our clients to have a positive experience with their brand or corporation which can potentially drive image and loyalty.
At Ipsos MRBI we recognise that data security and the protection of customer details used for research purposes is of paramount importance to our clients. Therefore, we have rigid measures in place to ensure that client information is transferred and accessed in a confidential and secure manner.
